At Mount Olive, we want your first visit to feel comfortable and clear. When you arrive, you will be greeted by friendly members who are happy to help you find your way and answer any questions. Our worship services follow a traditional Lutheran format, with printed bulletins to guide you step by step, so you can easily participate or simply observe if you prefer. You will hear Scripture readings, sing hymns, pray together, and listen to a Christ-centered message that clearly shares God’s grace in Jesus. There is a children’s message each Sunday, followed by an invitation to Sunday School with our background checked volunteers.

Families are always welcome. Children are invited to join in the service, and we understand the normal sounds and movement that come with little ones. For your convenience we have baby changing stations in each restroom and a designated cry room space near the sanctuary entrance with rocking chair and busy bags to entertain children.

You are welcome to dress casually or more formally, whatever makes you comfortable. There is no pressure to give an offering or to participate beyond what you are comfortable with.

After the service, many people stay for a time of fellowship and Bible study, giving you an opportunity to meet others and get to know the community. Whether you are exploring faith, new to the area, or looking for a church home, you will find a place where you are welcomed, cared for, and pointed to Christ.
